Understanding the sensitivities and passions surrounding this project, the Verdugo Wash Visioning team recognizes the need for community support and input in the design of this place. During the Visioning process, we encouraged public participation via online surveys and at community events.
The results of that public input are available in the Verdugo Wash Visioning Final Report. Preparing a Verdugo Wash Master Plan is the second phase of this project. The second phase will start in summer 2025 and offers many more opportunities for participation.
